The Fischer Transalp 86 Carbon 2023 skis offer a perfect blend of appropriate width and extremely low weight. This translates to excellent performance both during ascents and descents. Fischer Transalp 86 Carbon performs well in all conditions during expeditions, providing great guidance and stabilization.

Fischer has used extremely lightweight paulownia wood in this model to ensure minimum weight of the skis, thereby providing high comfort during long climbs. The stiffness of the skis, on the other hand, is provided by carbon fiber, which has been laminated around the core to increase stability and stiffness during edge riding.

The Fischer Transalp 86 Carbon features an Air Tec Ti core made from paulownia wood, which has led to an exceptionally low weight. The manufacturer has decided to reinforce it with a Titanal aluminum alloy which ensures that the model excellently absorbs shocks, and is stable even at high speeds. The Fischer Carbon 86 skis are equipped with a Sandwich Sidewall made of ABS material, which protects them from mechanical damage.

Thanks to the Aeroshape design, Fischer Transalp 86 Carbon achieves high speeds while maintaining uncompromising stability. The sintered base provides better lubricant absorption and durability, which you will particularly appreciate when preparing the skis for subsequent seasons. Additionally, the skis are equipped with a Tour Rocker, which reduces the ski's contact surface with snow, translating into easier turn initiation during descent. This allows ski control with significantly less force.
